This past Tuesday the Wright Team gathered with the rest of RLP Team and Gale Realty groups for our very first Kickoff Breakfast Meeting of 2015. We were incredibly lucky to have Sir Terence Matthews, high tech entrepreneur, business magnate, and first Welsh billionaire speak. You may recognize his name, not just for his incredible achievements in the high tech and communications sectors globally and here in Ottawa, but also because he is the owner of Kanata’s Brookstreet Hotel.

Two key factors to success that Sir Matthew’s touched on that really stuck with us on the Wright Team was his emphasis on building a great team and always looking forward. We are so proud of our team and the hard work and trust we have built with each other and we hope that trust translates to our clients. We are a family based team and we welcome our clients as part of this family as well. Much of our business comes through repeat business and referrals which means that our job isn’t over once the SOLD sign goes up. We love to keep in touch with our clients.
